Here we could give some simple hints for residents if they are having problems logging in or placing their order.
Probably we would not need to get too fancy here, but, if necessary, we could include a short video, sort of like the video below used for the Huntsville Literary Association's Young Writers Contest. A help video for Residents would be shorter and much simpler, but this is just an example.

Magnolia Trace Staff,

We would also probably prepare a Help page for use by the Magnolia Trace culinary staff and administrator.
This would not actually be located here but would be accessible to staff members after they have logged in.
